BBCSix people are being treated by paramedics after a huge fire broke out at an industrial estate in North Lanarkshire.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) said they had been passed into the care of ambulance crews, but the extent of their injuries was not initially known.
Six fire engines were sent to Blairlinn Industrial Estate in Cumbernauld at 14:35 where a single storey building was found to be “well alight”.
Some surrounding buildings have been evacuated as a precaution.
The Scottish Ambulance Service said it sent six ambulances, three special operations response teams, a paramedic response unit, a trauma team and a resuscitation rapid response unit to the scene.
Police said people in the Greenfaulds area of the town should stay indoors and keep their windows closed.

A SFRS spokesperson said: “Operations Control initially mobilised two appliances to the scene and on arrival firefighters found one single storey building well alight.
“A further four appliances were mobilised to the scene.
“Six casualties have been passed into the care of the Scottish Ambulance Service and firefighting crews remain in attendance.”
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of the fire at a premises in Mid Road, Cumbernauld at about 15:00 today.
“We are on site assisting with traffic management. Some surrounding buildings are being evacuated as a precaution.”
