The 2025 PGA Tour Champions Qualifying Tournament Final Stage concluded Friday and after four days and 72 holes, there are five new members of the senior circuit, including one by virtue of a record-setting performance.
The week started with 78 hopefuls at TPC Scottsdale’s Champions course, which sits across the road from the Stadium course, host of the PGA Tour’s WM Phoenix Open.
The week ended with just five tour cards for 2025 being earned for access into open, full-field events. Those who finish sixth through 30th will be eligible to compete in open qualifiers on PGA Tour Champions in 2025.
Falling just short of the top five was Angel Cabrera, who had a final-round 67 but couldn’t shake off his second-round 73. He finished at 12 under, 12 shots off the lead but more importantly, two shots out of one of the five spots.
Here’s a closer look at those five who will play on the 50-and-over circuit next year.
