Welsh Labour: Vaughan Gething pledges to expand free childcare

Mr Gething will officially unveil his manifesto at Coleg Cambria in Wrexham, when he will reveal his five pledges if elected, including “more powers” for Wales through devolution from the UK government, the creation of more green jobs, safeguarding the NHS, and speeding up the building of social housing.
