On Aug. 12, 2025, an undocumented immigrant driving a semi-truck allegedly blocked four northbound lanes on the Florida Turnpike when he made a U-turn on an “Official Use Only” turnaround. Seconds later, three people in a minivan were killed when they crashed into his truck.
